Description
The degree and certificate program in Railroad Operations prepares students for a career as a railroad conductor, engineer, or manager of train operations. More than five hundred companies comprise the railroad industry in the United States providing the country's freight and passenger transportation network consisting of more than 300,000 route-miles of track. Railroads employ a substantial workforce to service, maintain, and manage this network.
