Adult Basic Education IconAdult Basic Education Basic Skills (Reading, Math, Writing)

Adult Basic Education (ABE) offers courses in basic skills - reading, math, and writing for adults who wish to improve and develop their academic basic skills. The goal of these classes is to master high school courses and subjects for a successful transition into high school completion, community college, or career training. Build your academic skills and become better prepared for your future!

Adult Secondary Education IconAdult Secondary Education High School Completion and Equivalency (GED, HiSET, TASC)

Adult Secondary Education (ASE) includes courses to help students fulfill the requirements for high school completion and diploma programs. For students who want to earn a high school equivalency credential, ASE also provides high school test equivalency test preparation programs to help adult learners successful prepare and pass the GED, HiSET, and TASC tests. English as a Second Language IconEnglish as a Second Language

English as a Second Language (ESL) program is designed for people who do not speak English as their first language and want to learn English to get a job, get a better job, go to college or vocational school. Students will learn life skills, grammar, reading, pronunciation, listening and speaking, decision-making and problem solving, and job-specific career and technical preparation training. Multiple class levels are available to support different student learning needs.

U.S. Citizenship IconU. S. Citizenship

The U.S. Citizenship Preparation program provides opportunities for adults to learn about the United States naturalization process. Citizenship courses teach the reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills needed to complete naturalization forms and pass the naturalization interview.

Career Technical IconCareer Technical Education

Career Technical Education (CTE) offers courses in selected high-growth industries where there are available jobs and higher wages. CTE programs help prepare adults to earn industry certifications and lay foundations for a specific career pathway. These courses may include academic career preparation and job readiness skills with possible pre-apprenticeships, apprenticeship, externships or internships.
