English As A Second Language (ESL)Class Detail Page

English as a Second Language (ESL) courses are designed to provide non-native speakers of English the necessary command of the language to enter the workforce, pursue occupational education and training, or transfer to four-year university institutions for further career advancement. English language abilities are learned through courses that teach grammar, listening, speaking, pronunciation, reading, and writing. Courses are offered at various levels of proficiency where students can enter with virtually no knowledge of English and progress to an extremely proficient level.
